The property has a minimum household income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Total household income must be UNDER the following limits based on household size:

-3 Occupants: $53,940
-4 Occupants: $59,880
-5 Occupants: $64,680
-6 Occupants: $69,480
